New Site, New Blog, New Year!

It's been awhile! Things have been weird, but I guess that's the new normal. I am happy to be back. I'm still growing and working on things [aren't we all?], but I feel to have some sort of balance in all of this chaos.

Welcome to the new and improved blog, like I've done before and posted everything on Sundays, that became a lot to manage all in one day. I hope to get back to that, but until then, I'm going to post vlogs on Sunday- to keep up with Savage Sundays, blogs on Friday mornings - and potentially an additional post on Monday or Wednesday as well.

“Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase.”

I've been bad at this lately .. only focusing on 'the big picture' not so much on how I got where I am/ any baby steps that have helped my progress. (which, I'm sure a lot of us do.) Then we just continue to say and think of it as 'the grind' and continuing to run ourselves so low we don't focus on enjoying our little steps or small accomplishments - just focusing on the big picture and that we're 'not quite there yet.' So this year, I'm going to try to focus more on my little wins and baby steps in getting to exactly where I want to be; just being in the moment more.

New Goals

If you're new here, you'll quickly learn that I love lists. Checking off things or crossing them out makes me feel a sense of accomplishment in even the most minor tasks. - that might help you, too. if not, even just having an overall list to look back on to ground yourself again can be extremely helpful.

Here's some of my new goals for this year.

- Reaching 1,500 Followers on Twitch (currently 815)

- Posting Blogs/Vlogs again consistently

- Meditate More

- Creating Merch for all of you (My plan is to have it released for order on my birthday this year! - 4/4)

- More travel [since all my plans last year, like most, didn't happen.]

- Completing projects - at least 2 a month (paintings, writings, etc.)

Getting Started

If you're anything like me and start countless projects, get too distracted, leave it, then start something new. Here are some things that I'm going to try to focus and get things done.

  • Revisiting something I have started every Friday - to complete it/ make more progress on it.

  • Actually documenting the things I want - not being scared to take photos/videos for the sake of 'looking dumb'.

  • Putting myself in better environments for me to focus - even if it means sitting in the car for an hour to write.

I'm excited for this year and all the things I want to accomplish. I hope the same for all of you. And hope that this is a year of complete abundance in wealth, knowledge, and health for all of you.

xx

Thee Savage
